- One banana, sliced & frozen.
- Half cup chopped pineapple.
- Three dates, seeded & chopped.
- Half can of Cocofly Coconut Milk.
- Four heaped tablespoons of yoghurt.
- One tablespoon of honey/agave (optional).
In a blender, add the banana, pineapple, yoghurt, Coconut Milk & dates. Blitz till smooth.
