Pineapple Kale Coconut Oil Smoothie

Get the amazing health benefits of coconut along with the goodness of kale and pineapple with this nutrient-packed green smoothie. This delicious energy-smoothie can be taken as a pre-workout drink or along with breakfast.

1 cup Water

1 cup Pineapple

1 cup Kale leaves (destemmed)

Half Banana*

3 tbsp Cocofly Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Cocofly Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1 tsp Chia seeds




Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

You can add ice or use frozen fruits according to your preference.

NOTE: Soak Chia seeds in water overnight.

*Banana can be replaced with avocado.
