Overnight Coconut Choco Oats
Are you getting ready for some early morning sports activity or exercise? Do you wake up really really hungry and can't wait for breakfast to get ready? Does your commute start while it's still dark and it would be nice not to make breakfast for yourself while you're still practically asleep? Well, this recipe is for you. Full of the right kind of calories that will get you through the day or keep you going on for an endurance race.
Serves: 1 | Time: 10 mins | Difficulty: Super Easy.
- One cup of Cocofly Coconut Milk.
- Two tablespoons chia seeds.
- One small bowl of instant oats.
- Two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled or at room temperature in the morning.
You can add a sprinkling of your favourite nuts, fruits or seeds for added flavour.
