Coconut Avocado Dip
Cocofly's avocado dip is a great way to introduce Coconut Milk as a surprise element in an otherwise plain tasting guacamole. Feast on this dip with crispies, nacho's, sweet potato fries or cut veggies like baby carrots and celery.
Serves: 4 | Time: 5 mins | Difficulty: Easy
- Two large avocadoes pitted & peeled.
- Half a cup of Cocofly Coconut Milk.
- Salt, to taste.
- Cayenne pepper, a pinch.
- Green chilli, finely chopped.
- A teaspoon of finely chopped dill.
- Juice of one lime.
Add the avocadoes into a mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
Sprinkle some finely chopped dill before serving.
This dip stays well in the fridge for a day.
